Our pricing is transparent, with no hidden costs. It’s based on our experience, skills, equipment, dump fees, materials, cost of the lead and taxes. The price only changes if additional work comes up or the scope of the project changes, and we always communicate first.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Initial contact, Via call/text 2. Set up estimate. 3. Scheduling. 4. Project execution. 5. Final review.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started by helping my neighbor’s with projects at a young age and quickly discovered a passion for it. As I continued assisting friends and family, I realized I could turn my skills into a business dedicated to helping others.

What types of customers have you worked with?

New home owners/established, realtors, Land Lords, property management companies, renters and seniors!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We helped an out-of-state client clear a lot overgrown with blackberries and restore the yard to prepare for sale. Since she couldn’t be there in person, we kept her updated throughout the process. It took about six hours to complete, and it was rewarding to see the transformation.
